We are a small, multidisciplinary allied health team committed to delivering meaningful, strengths-based care to children and their families. Our clinic is owned and led by a psychologist who understands the challenges of the profession and has built a supportive, nurturing work environment where clinicians are empowered—not burnt out.

You will work in a calm, modern aesthetic, strong referral networks, and genuine collaboration between team members. We’re proud of our reputation, and even prouder of our team members who choose to stay with us long term.

You will work with a mixed caseload of private and NDIS clients aged 5+, supporting both children and their parents through individual therapy and family-focused strategies.

You’ll have full control over your schedule, the freedom to work in your preferred therapeutic style, and the backing of a passionate and collaborative team—including speech pathologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, music therapists, and behaviour support specialists.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for children aged 5+

• Deliver strengths-based, neuro-affirming interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs

• Work collaboratively with families and carers to support positive parenting and healthy relationships

• Support both private and NDIS participants using functional, goal-oriented approaches

• Provide offsite visits if desired (e.g. school, home) where appropriate to support care consistency

• Maintain clinical records and documentation in line with ethical and professional standards

• Participate in regular case discussions with other allied health team members

• Contribute to a positive clinic culture that values communication, respect, and shared knowledge

What You’ll Bring

• ✅ AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist

• ✅ Demonstrated experience working with children, young people, and families

• ✅ Confidence in your clinical skills and ability to work independently

• ✅ A passion for supporting parents and carers as key players in the child’s therapeutic journey

• ✅ A warm, engaging approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• ✅ A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for offsite sessions if needed
